Bed and Breakfast Accommodation at Springs Farm

Bedrooms

Springs Farm has 1 twin and 2 double en-suite bedrooms.

The large, airy rooms overlook the orchard to the rear of the farmhouse and enjoy views across the fields and to the surrounding fells.

With central heating and double glazing these cosy rooms provide extremely comfortable accommodation with traditional features such as the original fireplaces.

Refreshment trays, TV/DVD and hairdryers are provided in each room.

All en-suites comprise shower, wash-hand basin and WC. A complimentary toiletries basket is provided for each room.

Breakfast Room

Our breakfast room overlooks the orchard and has seating for 6 people.

Breakfast is full English using locally produced foods. Vegetarian breakfast can also be provided on request at point of booking.

All food is home cooked on the Aga within the premises.

Some Fair Trade products are also used.

Lounge and Communal Areas

Our guest lounge is a comfortable room with ample seating where TV, books and games are available.

This room overlooks the orchard and has views to Walla Crag.

The Entrance Hall is an area where you may leave your boots and coats to dry.

Local information is posted on the notice board for your convenience. Walk plans are available for your use as a safety measure - let us know where you are going walking and what time you expect to be back.

Farm Shop

Our small farm shop and reception offers some locally produced goods along with ice-cream, soft drinks, toiletries, books, jigsaws, videos, greeting cards, postcards and prints. You may also like to order a packed lunch here. Cycle hire can also be arranged for you if required.
